Task

Development of a delivery service: from packaging to courier delivery, able to integrate with partner applications.

Process

The business process of delivery in LATAM countries, statuses along the entire delivery route and country specifics were studied. The new solution was able to automate the distribution of orders, build optimal routes and generate transparent financial reports. Interfaces were created for the logistician, packer and courier.
