Task

The requirement was to create a simple, functional and secure mobile app to track vehicle location and fuel consumption status, as well as vehicle booking and engine startup.

Process

An MVP solution was developed that included over 150 application screens, over 30 user scenarios, and an application development system. A focus group testing of the interactive prototype was conducted, which received high marks from users for the logic of transitions, informativeness and ease of navigation. A frontend implementation strategy for the MVP version was formulated.
