More than 35 interviews with key representatives of the company were conducted to analyze business processes. The unique features of the order were considered, related to the retailer's retail model and extensive delivery network from regions within the country to the international arena. The CJM path of the order was detailed and elaborated. An audit of the current solution was conducted, identifying specific issues along the user path. A number of other functional challenges for the project were also worked through.
