Task

Creation of an MVP platform for rail fleet exchange, including analysis of current business processes to identify problem areas and needs. The task included customer development to understand user requirements, creation of several interactive prototypes for testing and feedback collection. A design system was also developed to ensure a uniform user interface.

Process

The MVP was developed, which combined all the key functions on one screen and ensured effective management of the park. Interactive prototypes and a design system have significantly improved the user interface and interaction. The platform has been successfully launched and has received high marks for its functionality and convenience. Iterative improvements based on feedback have improved efficiency and user satisfaction, as well as optimized fleet sharing processes.
